Leadership

With an extensive experience of 30+ years in construction for hospitals, university projects, and steel & power plants, Mr. Bannerjee is the backbone of our strong and dedicated workforce. As the former Head of Construction at BIL Infratech Ltd., he has helped the company maintain Rs. 250 Crs turnover every year while managing business development and project executions effectively. He is a tremendous asset in leading the development and growth of Consync Infra Pvt Ltd's construction business, with his strategic thinking and strong analytical abilities. Throughout his career, he has shown remarkable leadership and management skills by overseeing several domestic and international EPC, road, and construction projects.

Manas Kumar Bannerjee
Executive Director

Being a specialist in managing turnkey contracts for factories, buildings and warehouses, Mr. Kedia brings extensive expertise in stakeholder management, project coordination, quality control, automation, and administration. He has previously worked as the Project Head for Infinity Infotech Parks Ltd., where he managed stakeholders for important projects and oversaw a variety of real estate developments. His extensive experience also includes positions as a Management Representative at M/s KaranPura Mining Corporation and General Manager at M/s Ravi Dye Ware Company Ltd. His diverse knowledge includes commissioning new plants, implementing automation systems successfully, and resolving significant operational difficulties.
